cloudfx
Made a little box container and trying to use that as rigid body static solver. My fluid flip is not colliding with this. Set-up seems right but dont know what I am missing. sim_liquid_v04.hip Edited June 6, 2012 by cloudfx
sadhu
Just check the collision guide geometry of the static object. Increase the thickness of your container walls and increase the uniform division on static object<collisions<volume
Filipp Elizarov
1.Lets dive inside Static object and turn off display geometry (you will see nothing) 2.Go to Collision tab - Volume - turn on Show collision guide geometry 3.Turn on laser scan 4.Increase uniform devision from 30 to 100 or a bit more. Will be perfect. Keep in mind when you are working with collision geometry always try to check it with Show collision guide geometry (Because usually your geometry from SOP doesn't looks like same after convering it to a volume in dop network)

Filipp Elizarov
But i think your problem not only in bad collision geometry. Go to Source volume in DOP - Volume operation - and change your Source Volume (from COPY to ADD) Think it will help.
