cloudfx
Hi, Is there a way to get a group-related age? Let say , if $VX > 10 is group expression and once the particle is in the group age starts at 0 again or some fake age attributes that grows like age but it starts as the particle is in the group? So, as it added to the group , there is an attribute creation like age but from 0.

You have to add those attributes yourself, so when X happens, a point attribute stamps the frame number down. Then you can then reference that point attribute with local variable. sadhu
Here is one of the ways to get the age of particle in frames when it satisfies certain condition to become a part of the group. "ageingrp" attrib is giving you the age in frames (refer attached file).
