woodenduck
Hi guys, I'm having a bit of trouble here. I've got my HOT ocean nicely deforming and now I'm working on the shader. I'm using the HOT_Ocean_Eval vop and it's causing an error. It's giving me "Call to undefined function ocean_eval()" Has anybody got any ideas why this might be? Like I said, the ocean sop is working fine, it's just the vops that are causing me trouble. Maybe I didn't install it ptoperly??? Any thoughts, Thanks, WD
eloop
Make sure you have the VEXdso file installed properly.
woodenduck
I've certainly tried that, I must be doing something wrong. Do you know what the correct procedure should be? Thanks for your help, WD
magicrystal
You need to define VEX plug-in functions in \Houdini xx.x.xxx\houdini\vex\VEXdso file. just add a new line: VEX_Ocean.dll
