tjeeds
Looks like an ex-Sony fella is makin' bacon on the webzone. Can't wait to try this out!
magneto
Their graph editor looks like Naiad's. Also if I am not wrong, their operators seem to operate similar to VOP/ICE level so should take more time to do the same operations I think. Still pretty cool though
jkunz07
It kind of reminds me of grasshopper
tjeeds
Yeah, all of the above. Messed with it a bit this morning, it's really similar to SOPs actually, just goes left to right instead of top-to-bottom. Never played with Grasshopper but I love what people are doing with it, seems very similar to Houdini.
pclaes
And it had to be Tom Kluyskens too, that guy never seizes to amaze me. (very impressive bio! -- and he's Belgian, used to be one of my inspirations).
magneto
Is this application gonna be a full scale modeller with all bells and whistles? Or is it just for simple online 3d models that you can change in a website?
cliffy
Really Cool! Wow!
tkluysk
Hey all, thanks for the enthusiasm! Have a play http://spokecreator.com Sign up/in top right. There are some example scenes (if logged in, click on 'show public' in the open dialog). Very very much in alpha so beware. We want to take this places, but for now it is rather nice fallout from an advanced online surfboard customiser we're developing for a customer. Spoke Creator is geared towards creation and presentation of fully manufacturable digital product models, online.
