I have fractured objects with voronoi fracture and added displacement shader. I found a problem after renders done. Problem is displacement texture is not stable and slightly jumping/sliding around every frame after fractured. Left side is your normal geo, right is a still frame of the geo (so add a timeshift node,remove the $F and set a frame number). The shader might already be setup to look for a rest frame, if not you need to add a restSHOP in the shader, then it will use the point position from the rest instead of the moving points.
