magneto
Hi, I noticed locating a parameter inside giant shader networks takes a while. Is there a tool like view dependencies dialog that could basically show me the node the parameter is created from in a shader? Thanks
anim
I'm not sure if there is a direct way but when you look at Edit Parameter Interface on the VOP network you can see relative path to each Parameter VOP node just by clicking on parameter (it's displayed at the top, just below red warning that the changes are live) then just go into that level and use Find Node (Ctrl+F) to find it by name
magneto
Thanks anim that helps. Most of these parameters are "pegs" so finding them visually is not easy, but I use the Object Tree View and it helps to find them too.
