3dsmax fbx to Houdini transform ignored?

I have a 3dsmax scene like this, and all the object is reset xfrom which mean the transformatrix is original.

I want to export this scene as fbx format then import into Houdini, but error happened.

As the image above you can see that the fbx file is correct in FBX Viewer, but when I import into Houdini, it seems the transform is wrong or totally ignored.

I tried fbx 2014, can not import to Houdini.

Just fbx 2013 2012 and early version works.

Houdini also show me error message:

So I think this message have relationshio with the error when importing.
