You have to change the Fluid Source SOP to "stamp points". One typical problem with these kind of setups is the resize node at DOPs tends to get a bit sloppy. Be sure it tracks the correct object.

I´m not too sure you´re gonna like the results of what you´re trying though. It usually delivers a "rounded" shape of emission that´s not very attractive visually.

You might want to use the pieces themselves...maybe just the interiors that are moving...
