LukeLetellier
There's another thread discussing a similar issue; their fix might be your fix as well: http://forums.odforce.net/topic/22330-vdb-export-from-h14-to-v-ray-problems/
edward
Someone should tell the Arnold guys to upgrade to OpenVDB 3.
stblair
Someone should tell the Arnold guys to upgrade to OpenVDB 3. The volume_openvdb plugin that comes with the latest MtoA does support OpenVDB 3.0. If the OpenVDB version was the problem, there would have been an error logged by MtoA to the Output Window in Maya. edward
If they're using OpenVDB 3, then I don' think they should have a problem reading the .vdb files output from H14 by default. Unless of course, they use OpenVDB 3 but disabled blosc support.
