[RESOLVED] Performance Monitor crash - OsX?

Is anyone able to crash Houdini using the Performance Monitor on OsX?

I have quite a few old 'Unable to Reproduce' bug reports for this. It happened in H13 &  H14, and, H15 still is unstable, so it would be cool to see if anyone else also crashes to finally nail this.

STEPS:

Simply run the Performance monitor, press record, do some things like test the a flip lava sim, then stop and press record again, then maybe stop. There should be a consistent crash. Makes it silly to do performance testing.

OsX 10.10.5, H15.0.270. Nvidia 980

Thanks!

MacMini probably doesn't carry much weight for bugs. Supported hardware much better. Good to know if it crashes though. Overall Mac Mini Intel 3000 is pretty dead with H15 last time I tested it.

Edit: just tested it and ironically the Mac Mini doesn't crash unlike the Mac Pro...

Edit2: MacMini is running OsX 10.11 whilst Mac Pro is OsX 10.10.5 hmmmm. could be something, hopefully!

Edit: Some progress, Mac Pro not crashing after launching Houdini via the Houdini Terminal, consistent crash launching from the Finder Icon.

EDIT: submitted as Bug #71935

EDIT 4: Resolved in OsX 10.11.1 El Capitan, and, Houdini 15.0.272
