Importing objects into DOP during sim, delete constraints

Hello,

I have few questions about DOPs:

 

What is correct way of importing packed objects during simulation into DOPs?

So far I have been doing it this way: RBD Packed Object with Creation Frame set to $F, and in SOPs I have geometry only on frame when I want it to import into DOPs. But I noticed that it creates multiple DOP objects with same name, which I am not sure is ok. (Maybe it slows down sim?)

How do I delete constranints?

I need to remove objects from simulation which reach certain bounding box. The problem is that in Constraint Network I have Overwrite with SOP set to 1, because constraints are created dynamically for imported objects. When I try to delete them with POP Kill, or custom SOP Solver, their position resets to zero and it affects other connected objects.
