f1480187
While you really may want to access uvs in DOPs' sopnets like SOP Solver, when using some techniques, I think you just want to bring texture back in SOPs. In either case, unpacking geometry is what you need. Consider DOP's simulated pieces as a proxy geometry, possibly low-resed before sim, with groups, uvs, normals and other unessential attributes broken, where only simulation-related attribs are important. More convenient importing is done by using Dop Import SOP. Such as importing unpacked geometry or importing only points to save disk space. You then use this points as a second input of Transform Pieces SOP and the real geometry as a first.

-HEAVY-
here: as f1480187 said, you have to fetch the sim from dop back into SOP Level and then unpack to see your textures hop this helps Test_009_texturing_pieces_001a.hipnc
