Atom
Hi All, I have a simple FLIP animation with the fluid inside of a font object. I used the Emit Particles tool but after a short time, within 240 frames, no more particles are emitted into the system. I don't have a sink so I'm not sure why my font is not "filling" up with liquid. Is there something else I have to do to make the fluid continue to fill up my font interior? ap_fluid_letters_1b.hipnc Edited April 6, 2016 by Atom

Atom
Thanks, that was it. By adding another Source Volume you can map the smoke representation from the original surface volume to a Divergence field. Connect this to input 3 of the Flip Solver. The Scale Source Volume parameter controls how quickly this new pressure raises the fluid level. ap_fluid_letters_1e.hipnc Edited April 6, 2016 by Atom
