Flipsurface and ocean shader foam

I made flip sim with splash container and ocean spectrum. I transferred uv from ocean grid to flip surface and made custom foam mask. But when i use oceansurface shader foam looks not the same as on the ocean. It strobing and fast change structure. 

I made simpl scene to check, if someone can help me to understand what is wrong ir would be great.
