How can i make the flip particles transformación into an object?

You can create a VDB out of the shape in sops or an isooffset with the output type set as SDF Volume, and then bring that vdb and use its gradient as force direction inside dops, one way could be a sopscalarfield and a fieldforce to create the forces, or even a geometry vop and modify the velocity with the gradient, you could also use a sopvectorfield,  there is lots of ways to do the same thing as usual in houdini.
