[SOLVED] How to create a perfectly resizable box mesh with perfect rounded edges?

I hope this is not a really stupid question, but I can't figure it out for the life of me and searched all around for an answer.

How do I do this? I keep getting into a mess.

This should be super easy right?

I knew this was going to be a stupid question, but I just couldn't figure it out.

Do you know that thing where you're looking for your keys and you have them in your hands?
