Hans Peter
Hey, how can I constraint an active RBD object to a static but animated one? For example I want that anchor to be constrained to that ring. A pin constraint just fixes it to a specific place. Tried wires but again this went crazy. So how can I get some realistic motion to his anchor? Also tried the oarent constraint which changes the constraint location from a static point in space to a goal object. Still no luck. Hans Peter
Well, no. The test situation worked. Doesn't the cone twist constraint work without obj level animation? I got a folder with some object merged, animated stuff. The constraint isn't working with this setup. The static object isn't grabbing the animation of the object although "use object transform" is activated. At least the anchor is hanging a bit this way. When I turn on "use object deform" the object is moving in dops but the cone twist goes grazy. So how can I get the sop level animation to obj level? I guess thats the problem?
