jooncult
Hey all I'm quite new to houdini so please bare with me. Is there a way to use an audio output from chops to change the position of a particles? Can I do that by using a pop vop? If so, how can I import my chops output in there and add it to the position of my particles? Is there maybe a better solution for that? Thank you! vtrvtr
Absolutely. It's a similar setup as I explain in this thread here: There I'm moving the spheres, but you can, for example, control the offset of some noise inside a pop vop with it (or any other parameter). In fact, if you really just want to move the noise in a single parameter, you don't even need to bother with the copy chop, a single channel would be enough
jooncult
Hey Vitor, thanx for the answer. I was wondering if there is a way to integrate it to my current setup. What I need is to figure out a way to add the chops output in my pop network instead of the popforce. To be honest I dont really get yet the copy approach bu I will study it a bit and see if I can make it work. Thanx! curves.rar
