Kobayashi
Hi guys I'm making explosion fx with box, (like lego movie) and how do you put explosion color on box?? I tried to get density, heat or temperature attribute and multiply ramp param but I think it doesn't work or I did wrong way. ikoon
I am no expert in pyro, but Volume Sample VOP will help you as in the attached .hiplc. I have bound to pscale too, to see it better. ikoon
The sampled value (heat, density, temperature or fuel) is passed directly to pscale. To be specific, I dont "add" the value to pscale, I directly write the sampled value. Whatever value pscale had, now it is overwritten. But as I look into the file, it did not have any value. You may also use the Volume Sample Vector VOP and read vector (for example "vel" in your file is velocity). You can middle click on the import_pyrofields to see all the volumes listed.
