small+large Ocean export FBX to Unreal or Unity

Gone thru this dated tutorial which focuses on rendering a Ocean 'simulation' using the Small or large Ocean shelf tool. 

However, I need to "bake" the textures in a exported FBX for import into Unreal or Unity.

Is there a tutorial somewhere that shows how to do this?
