grasshopper
Now that you've signed yourself Paul I realise that I know you (send me a personal mail at odForce if you want to know more ). You'll have had the interview by the time I post this but it looks like you've done your research and you are a talented guy so I'm sure you'll have done fine. Of course being a runner is hard work but it has the huge pay off that you pretty much get to know everyone in the company very quickly. The trick is to find the guys who can take you under their wing a little; who can spare the odd minute or two to show you what they've been working on and how they did it. Not everyone will be supportive but lots will as long as you don't push them when they are busy! I've never worked at Framestore but I believe they let runners have acccess to all sorts of the good stuff in their archives to use as source material to work on in their own time. Take advantage! I'm interested to see how you get on. Good luck Paul.

Marc
Congratulations  . Just keep your vision of where you want to be in mind, and I'm sure you won't be a runner for long M
