TheUsualAlex
Hi, Can you give us a more specific error message? Perhaps your environment isn't setup properly? Make sure that, in your PATH, the location of your /bin is been pointed to.
larklee
hi, i've setup the env paths correctly, i.e. i've gone into window's under systems-> environment -> and added: path=%RATTREE%\BIN;%RMANTREE%\BIN

Prophet
Hi, If someone could post typical Win2k env variables for rman 10 and Houdini 5.5 I would be a happier man. If I could see what working variables look like, I can mod them to my system. I'm having a bad time with it even though I've checked all the usual docs. My rman setup takes care of typical rman env variables of course, but what Houdini specific variables need to be added to my win2k system env. Please speak slowly, I don't understand "pathspeak" very well. Thanks in advance.

Prophet
Hello Calosus, My prman docs didnt help much here. However, I got all the paths in place and its working for me. The crucial path addition was this one: %RATTREE%\bin;%RMANTREE%\bin; Also I must say that the tutrial by poh-yee alex lim was extremely helpful
