Rendering Artefacts

So I have rendered this tank with ambient occlusion on the default settings.

It looks very nice, but I have those weird artefacts in certain areas, see the attached image.  Do you guys know how to overcome those?

Which area? Most artifacts in these types of renders are related to Ray Bias, which is set in the VEX Global Illumination shader. It's hard to tell when you don't have a reference image to compare it to.

That is so strange!  When I check it out in Photoshop, it has little white dots around the tank.  But I guess it's OK since they don't show in the alpha channel.  Sorry for the spam. :)

Oddly enough, I converted the tga to a jpg in Photoshop and I saw no artifacts there. Anyway, good to know all is well.
