lisux
Hi list. How can i save in Houdini a pose of a character to load it when i want. For example save 3 poses. Load pose 2 in fram 1, pose 1 in frame 8 and pose 3 in frame 16. There is an automatica way to do this? Thanks
sibarrick
There is a whole pose library tool somewhere that creates an html page with a snapshot of your pose and everything, but I can't find it in the help at the moment. It may be a version thing, or they have temporarily removed it again, or I'm just looking in the wrong place. Hopefully someone here has some more info. edward
In the Help Browser's pane menu, choose Go > Pose Library. To use it, first scope all the parameters that belong to the pose. Double-check in the Channel List or Channel Editor. Click on Save Pose. It should create a thumbnail icon of the viewport. Now you can just click on the thumbnail to recreate the pose. It will set keys into those scoped parameters at the current frame.
