Transfer intrinsic attributes

Recommended Posts

You can transfer intrinsic data with the various primintrinsic vex functions. You can wrap these in an if() statement to specify a given frame. The example below will use the packedfulltransform intrinsic attribute on the 2nd input to change the position of the current geometry, if the frame number is greater than 5.

if(@Frame > 5)
    {
        matrix xform = primintrinsic(1, "packedfulltransform", 0);
        @P *= xform;
    }
