Rafal123
geeez.... I think, I'm too much excited with DOPs, check it out: http://www.rafal.stnet.pl/worm.mov the worm is simple tube which is deformed by animated skeleton, then DOPs use it as animated rigidBody so it bends by skeleton and move by itself(dynamics)

mtucker
Cool animation. I love that this is being done with our "RBD" solver. Just a little idea though... Or perhaps you're doing it already... But you can create a friction point attribute on your geometry to have the friction varying across the geometry. In SOPs you could animate the friction attribute so that when the worm is arching, the friction at the "head" is high, and at the "tail" is low. Then when it's flattening again, the friction at the head can be low while the friction at the tail is high. Then the worm won't slide backward when it arches up, and should slide forward more smoothly. I didn't actually try this, but in theory it should work Mark
