Using UDIM texture files in houdini (Trying to create a skinn shader)

Hello, 

I have created zbrush model. 
Model is sculpted, retopology also done, uv-s are done, texture painting is done and textures baked *base color, displacement etc). 
And now i am trying to figure out how to load those textures in Houdini. 
I loaded up skin texture shader and applied it to my model. But what node to use when i want to load in those texture files. (UDIM).
This is what i have but it seems not to work as expected.
