Rafal123
Hi people, I got two network rendering problems. My system is Windows XP_Pro. I have two hosts: host1, host2, and render from host1 using command: mantra -H host2 , and everything is fine. The problem begins when shader use texture from the net. Texture is "net mapped" \\host1\c\PRJ\bitmap.tga Unfortunately Mantra doesn't see it. In any case it's not a net issue. Texture is visible and readable but not by Mantra. I copied from host1 C:\Prj\bitmap.tga --> to --> host2 C:\Prj\bitmap.tga and it worked but... I don't have idea how to configure all stuff to make Mantra to see textures over the net I tried network disk mapping as: Z:\bitmap.tga but it also didn't help. Are there exist "mount" command from Linux under Windows? Can anybody help?
edward
I think those should be forward slashes for Houdini. http://www.odforce.net/wiki/index.php/MantraRemoteRendering
