Still lots of work needed, like figuring out the mouthbag and tongue. Some more wrinkles, and maybe one bad ass lattice to really distort him. Enjoy! Jim Here's a quicktime of the transformation. I used the UVTexture SOP with Texture Type set to Perspective From Camera. Turned out pretty accurate! Still had to do some unwrapping and texture manipulation to work out the stretch marks....
