offset grid randomly edges with vex

Must be vex solution ? It is not impossible, but is little bit complicated. This is easier way:

Is actual situation is more complicated than this?

Anyways, a quick way would be translate points with @Cd.x which is from a noise vop. Make sure the frequency on z axis is 0.  

Also need to pin the 4 corner points with neighbourcount function.
