NathanVFX Posted May 12, 2020 Share Posted May 12, 2020 Hi! I've been trying to replicate something similar to Arnold's coat IOR parameter in Mantra. Ideally I'd like to be able to control how much of a coat layer is visible depending on facing angles without affecting the underlying surface, even if this involves breaking the law of conservation of energy. There's an index of refraction parameter for the coat only if you jump inside the principled core shader inside the principled shader and locate the coat_reflection (PBR Non-Metallic) shader Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
