Reading "tokens" from keyframes in Python

Hey,

I have no idea if there is something like that.

When I animate a character, how could I add something like a comment in a range of that timeline?

For example I have 200 frames and I would like to add a comment from frame 50-100.
At the same time I want to read that frame rage in python like a token or something.

Than the animators could specify what animation they put in what frame range and in python I could use that start and end frame to feed it into another parameter.
Would make everything more organized.

Thx alot :)
