Smoke Trail Particles

sorry i should have been more clear.

not a smoke trail like the one in the tutorial on sidefx website or that comes with houdini.

having problem with the particle control. What I'm trying to do is a:

"Heat Seaking Missle with Smoke Trail"

The smoke trail will inherit the rockets movement which will be fast, curved in vector and "noisey"

Those familiar with 3dsmax's particle flow tutorial on smoke trails with see what I'm trying to do.

Sorry for the vagueness of this...I'll try and find a video reference and attach it.

In these curtumstances what I usually do is drop down a velocity pop right after my source pop.

I have the velocity pop only affect the birth group and I scale the incomming velocity.

this should do the trick.
