Baloon Expand by attribute

hello,

im having difficulty setting up a baloon that expand with its restlength being updated each frame in the simulation as it feed by a fall of moving object that transfer the new updated restlength

here is the sample file that im trying to figure it out.

your help is very much appreciated.
