Otoy provied an bare topic of installation. https://render.otoy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=141&t=82182 I noticed that in order to work it needed a few edited lines in an json file that otoy actually provied, but it comes no information at all/ It doesnt have any exemple file, i couldnt made it work.
