intrinsic
Not sure if this is the right place to ask. Maybe someone can give me a suggestion on the proper forum or website. I am trying to figure out the distance from the camera to an object in the scene from static footage. Is there an easy way to do this ? From what I understand, tracking software like pftrack needs a moving camera to calculate the background, mid ground and foreground in order to figure out distances in the scene? I am not to sure if my understanding is correct. Looking for some insights. Thank you! For example, the video I want to figure out is this. I am trying to find out the distance from the camera to the explosion , so that I can recreate how large the nuke explosion is with some geometry
