Scaling Pyro (Axiom) simulations

I need to reduce the physical dimensions of an existing simulation, but somehow keep the exact look.
Is this possible?
ie if I need to scale to 1/4 the original size, is it simply reducing all the forces by that amount?
What about the voxel resolution, should it be 4x as great to compensate or?
I'm using Axiom but I'm sure any principles applied to Pyro would be valid.
