cs00bren
i've got a spline and i want to skin it. i've tryed using wireframe, sweep and a number of other methods but i can find the right method. what i'm trying to do is create roots, i've got 4 spline projected on to the surface then frofiled. then i want the spline to be think in the center and thin at the edge. i've also tryed adding a attribute and using that but i can't get it to work any help would be useful. if you look at the image attached you can see the base of the tree i want it to look better. cheers bren. anakin78z
sweep should work. Try putting $PCT into the scale parameter, and check the results. then you can get crafty and vary the scaling, to get some more organic results. See you later Space Samurai! ResidnT
Have you tried the polywire sop, you will still have to make tweeks to it though. Residnt
