Matte and Motion Blur

I would like to add motion blur in post, so i can speed up my renders.

I can make a motionvector AOV and use it in Nuke to apply motion blur.

There are a few issues:

1. The result is not the same, no matter how i tweak Shutter Offset or UV offset. And as you can see the other object gets blurred as well (in both cases).

2. How to deal with matte when you add your motion blur in post? (is it even possible?)
