ofer
Hi. Here is a short render of a character I modelled in modo, rigged and posed it in houdini, detailed in zbrush. I still need/want to export the mesh to houdini with color and normal maps, and render it with better shaders and lighting. But it is not so easy as I thought it will be This is actually a bit old render, and I already fixed the skin color and added many wrinkles to the clothing. thug_turn1.mov

King Kirby
Nice model. But it is not so easy as I thought it will be Are you referring to the texturing, lighting or rigging or all? What version did you rig in? Did you use autorig?
photex
Cool! What format out of Modo did you use? How was the rigging process?
ofer
Thank you all. I referred to adding uv coords on a posed character. But I found a sloution to my problem. I used UVAtlas, and it didn't work. Now I figured that ZBrush uses a flipped coord system, so I flipped the texture, and now everything works great. So I will now export everything to Houdini and render it there. I used H9 for this project. The rig is really bad. I don't know how to create a good rig. I tried using AutoRig but I don't know how. It just doesnt work. Im still waiting for the tutorials I used OBJ all the time.
ofer
OK, here is a render. I must admit I don't really like it. I think the model is too smooth, but I can't really put my finger on the problem. Anyway, its time to move on to the next project.

ofer
Thanks. I noticed that my displacement shader is not good. So created a new one that shifts the range to 0-1. It looks better now.
