symek
Sorry, perhaps I'm a confusion man . Actually you can do it with at least three ways: - attribCreate SOP (as you said), - pointSOP (as you said) and - VopSOP (best, easiest, fastest) The third method is fastest because it uses VEX, which is many times faster then expressions like pic or tex. hope this help, sy. Netvudu
A confusion man? no way! the example file was wonderful! I perfectly understood your three examples, even the VEX one which usually is all greek to me. Now, I was able to replicate them in my scene, but I
stevenong
When you already have UVs, replace $BBX, $BBY and/or $BBZ with $MAPU, $MAPV and/or $MAPW. Cheers! steven
symek
Sorry, I completely forgot that it's all about Camera projection. I used bounding box to show how NOT to use UV, but of course if your geo has a UV you should use as Steven said (thank you Steven) $MAPUV or use Shading Layer Parameter VOP inside VOPs to read UV there. cheers, sy.
