remlorestudios
Hello! I need to shape the density (falloff on particular axis) on the ocean interior geometry. The Karma Volume (default) density is constant throughout the ocean interior obj. I tried converting the obj into a vdb to create a density attribute. Then I tried getting bbox min & max values manually using geopropvalue bboxmin, bboxmax & P > subtract > divide to get values and multiplied by the density. This doesn't seem to work as I get a half/half look most likely do to improper mapping... Could someone please rectify this and make it work? Thanks! oceaninteriorfalloff_karma.hipnc
paranoidx
Try this in the shader. Here’s a MaterialX setup with XPU, just modify the P.y position
