I want to randomize shader values with "rand(instancepoint()" while using the micropolygon render engine it works but Pbr doesnt seems to use them. There was a thread on sidefx forum with the same problem with only one reply that says u must do this randomizing not only for Cf but for F too. My question is how to do this . I thought if i but F from the lightmodel vop all changes made for lightmodels parameter would be taken to the BSDF. Pbr seems to be much memory friendlier then micropolygon.
