As I still use the VOPSOP delete and copystamp() method (as the shatter node tends to do things I dont like), I would make the grid to shape of the fracture I would want, and group those primatives in a groupSOP. Then I would delete all the parts but 1, add a polyextrude for depth, and turn out output groups in the polyextrude, and make some sensible names for the new groups created. Then you can use those primative groups for adding uv's and materials to those paticular pieces. You would want to project your texture down onto the top surfaces before you delete the geometry. For the sides and bottoms its quite remedial. There are probably many better ways to do it, but those I dont know of. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

zasid Posted October 7, 2008 Share Posted October 7, 2008 (edited) yes i had this terrible problem also. keep ur displacement low and try fuse sop.you mite get away with this. and also try to break ur obj in H9.5 tool.see if it works.
