Use Background "Material"

Thanks dude, and im meaning the one in the viewport, lets say i want the bagground color blue, so the object absorbs the blue, constant blue. Is it something you add in the camera? Or add an sphere, and apply an constant material?

For a viewport, just set its background (Display Options > Background) to a Color COP with the color you want. But of course, this being the viewport, don't expect an object to magically "absorb" this color -- it's just a display background, not a rendered image.
