nosferatu_037
Hi guys I am trying to make a cloud system in houdini and these are the results so far. most of it is done through volume sop and volume vop and the rest of details are added through modified version of billowy smoke shader from material palette. Its not finished yet but I'm almost done. Strange thing I found out is that you are not able to edit parametar interface on a volume vop sop,is this supposed to be like that? nosferatu_037
have u seen this thread ?http://forums.odforce.net/index.php?showtopic=3865&st=0 nope,I just looked at it and it has almost the same thing the only difference is that I'm using houdini 9.5 volume vop and isooffset to create the volume and modified billow smoke shader for details, and in the thread you pointed out I think is just the shader and metaballs. i was trying to get something like a visual representation in the viewport and learn about volume vop and raymarching.
