xoctan657
hi evryone in houdini help expression i read this : Quoted strings Text inside single quotes (') is not expanded. Text inside double quotes (") has variables expanded. A double-quoted string is considered one argument. so what is that mean i have an example and when i use (`) evry thing it's work but when i use (") nothing work , so if anyone know how and why please explain it and as in houdini help i couldn't to understand it thanks for all
edward
I think you're confusing backtick, the key to the left of the 1 key (on american keyboards), with single quote, the key to left of the Enter key. Backtick's are used to run expressions when not inside an expression context.
