Ezz
Hi all. This might be a total noob-question, but I have searched a bit with no luck. In Maya you can have attenuation on forces. How can a achieve that in Houdini in POP`s Thanks Erik Edited May 11, 2009 by Ezz
Wolfwood
You mean like Drag? (Drag POP)
Ezz
You mean like Drag? (Drag POP) No not really. Attenuation like in Maya is when a force has a fallof of strenght given by a distance/radius . Im sure its achieveable with a VOPPOP with som vectormagic :-) I was just wondering if there is a easy way to do this. Thanks Erik

Jason
The Fan Force DOP has attenuation, I believe.
Ezz
The Fan Force DOP has attenuation, I believe. Hi thanks for your response. The fanPOP sure have some attenuation on its force. But only having noise and not a direction is not possible ( AFAIK) I can easily create a group(bounding) to controle wich particles I want to be affected by a given force but there is no way to have attenuation on it. I think Ill digg in to VOPS Thanks again Erik
