daland_twist Posted May 12, 2009 Share Posted May 12, 2009 Hi Everyone, It's been a while since I've been on Houdini. I am using the Paint SOP. When I try and paint on a surface, I just get a lasso selecting the geometry rather than painting on it. Not sure if it matters but I am using a mac pro running vista and wondering if boot camp might have re-assigned some keystrokes....or I am just forgetting something simple.. (my guess is the later.) michael Posted May 12, 2009 Share Posted May 12, 2009 in the network editor: place down a grid place down a paint sop put the display on the paint sop in the viewport: hit enter Shift+MMB back and forth to see the brush size change if that doesn't happen then something is wacky...are you invoking paint from the shelf?
