jason_slab
hi is there a way to export multiple lights in one image plane? for example: image plane one: key01+fill image plane two: key02+fill i've set up a illuminance loop in my shader, but i can only get it to work on a per-light basis.... any ideas? thx jason
Mario Marengo
hiis there a way to export multiple lights in one image plane? for example: image plane one: key01+fill image plane two: key02+fill i've set up a illuminance loop in my shader, but i can only get it to work on a per-light basis.... any ideas? I could be wrong, but I don't think you can do that. Per-light exports are exactly that: "per-light", not "per-group-of-lights" (i.e: the export gets auto-initialized to zero on each iteration). Then again, it looks like it would only result in one extra plane in your case (the "fill" plane), no?
majikal
why not use multiple ROPs connected together and Takes?
jason_slab
hi thx for the replies! i was thinking of a fill plane, but was really hoping i could hack a way to do per "group" lights. i'm trying not to confuse our comp guys to much @majikal: i could do this, but it's a few shots with quite a heavy ifd write out, so i'm trying to avoid multiple renders as much as possible!! thx jason
edward
Do you have Houdini Master? You can always post process with a COP network. The Render COP might be an idea but I've never tried using it.
